hi there olombon, liked the comment no. 14.

Malays and muslim are totally different. Whether malays know the how the halal works its up to their knowledge. But what do I know (basic) in halal regulations even canned alcohol drinks cannot be put with normal beverage in one fridge..or pork meat hanged with cow`s meat in one cold room ( one hotel got summoned for this )...halal food is one thing but halal kitchen is same as important...do we know know how does beer glasses got washed? is it separately or with the seafood plates? does the kitchen have a muslim assistant as required in the halal law? Does the wok used to cook seafoods are used to cook non-halal foods?.

At least this could give general info to the muslim malays visiting there ..
