Most tour companies will charge RM 180 to RM 200 per person (including lunch and park fee) for the Mt. Kinabalu & Poring hot Spring trip. Age is not a problem as I have seen many of them go on this tour. At Mt. Kinabalu Park they will take you on a Botanical Garden walk, and at Poring you can go for the butterflies farm, Orchid Conservation Centre, Tropical Garden and of course you can dip at the pool (Hot). You can also go for the canopy walk if you feel strong enough for the 50 meters climb. Cheers.
