As an American living in KK, I’d have to say that while New York, New York’s menu looks phenomenal, the actual quality of the food is just average. We’ve eaten there twice now and have been disappointed each time.

We might consider going back there for drinks or desserts (although the one dessert I wanted was out of stock last time), but for the price you pay there (like Chili’s prices), I’d want more quality.

Thank you, now we know what the real New York restaurants standard are.

New york is a disappointment! The portion is small and the quality is bad. The price only is the direct conversion of the real New York rate. It’s pure waste of money. I went there once for the last time.

  4. Natasha says:

Okey, honestly the portion was small. it doesnt look anything like how its meant to be from the menu.

Beef lasagna – there was really only one layer of lasagna.
too much of cheese. thin layer of beef mince.
    Tasteless.

Juicy Burger – i think the burger patty was good tho. that made up for the small
serving of salad on the side which consist of one small lettuce, one
slice of tomato, and two slices of onion. I was like why dont they just
dump them into the burger and be part of the burger instead?

Pink Inc – This drink of cherry and lime blend was so yummy tho.

Four of us went there last night, ordered the huge 8″ beef burger, and you know what? it turns out to be that the beef was sooo tender and juicy, unlike what fast food served where the patty is usually so dry that you’ll need ketchup to improve the taste a bit.

Mussel baked in tomato slices with cheese topping, was another surprise too!
The coleslaw is a big big dissapointment though, dry and tasteless and too small in portion.

Bring along a bunch of friend if you gonna try out the giant burger, it’s more fun! (cos i don think u can finish it alone ba)

  6. Andrew says:

The food quality is never consistent.
Anyway, just to let you know that this outlet is actually from Singapore.
