Now fast forward two decades into the noughtie, Funky Town is a nice restaurant and bar, that serves simple western and local cuisines. Guests can dine at the outside tables or enjoy the cooler air-conditioned interior. The interior design can be described as moderate, except for the right side entrance, which is a heaven for music lovers, especially those who are into the 60s to 80s music scene. The owner also has a good collection of records, and some of these records are on display on the wall. In today’s digital world, it is nice to see this yesteryear vinyl records still working properly, as sweet music is still played on a turntable. The management also welcomes guests to bell out a song or two, with a guitar provided on stage.

Penang Prawn Noodle is originated from Penang, a northern state in West Malaysia.
